GTFAS assisted Baldi Group in the transfer to Heineken

Grant Thornton Financial Advisory Services assisted the Baldi Group in transferring its business unit to the Heineken Group.

The M&A team of Grant Thornton Financial Advisory Services assisted the Baldi Group - a leading company in Trentino Alto Adige distributing drinks and alcoholic beverages, producing prosecco and running wine-shops - in the transfer of its distribution unit to the Heineken Group. The deal required a full-fledged business partnership agreement to ensure distribution of the Baldi prosecco throughout the domestic client network of Heineken. GTFAS provided both M&A and due diligence services and guided the Baldi family through the preliminary phases of negotiations with one of the biggest multinational company of the world.

This is the fourth M&A deal completed by GTFAS in Trentino Alto Adige.
