Over-indebtedness crisis management
27 Jan 2017Gabriele Felici, partner of Bernoni Grant Thornton, is one of the lecturers at the Advanced Training Course for Over-indebtedness Crisis Management promoted by the Roll of Chartered Accountants in Ferrara, Università degli Studi di Ferrara and Centro Studi di Diritto ed Economia di Rovigo. The training course qualifies for the purposes of professional training required by art. 4, para 6, Ministry Decree 24 September 2014 no. 202.
During the seventh day of the course, on January 30 in Ferrara, Gabriele Felici speaks about “The over-indebted person (and consumer) and the activities of the Crisis Manager”. The topics tackled during the day are:
- Requirements to be admitted with over-indebtedness procedures. Persons involved and contents of the application. Tax aspects
- The activities of the Crisis Manager: specific focus on the truthfulness assessment of the data included in the application and of the plan feasibility. Liability.
