Debora has been of Counsel of Grant Thornton Digital since June 2023. She currently works as Associate Partner.

Debora received her Degree in IT engineering specializing in telecommunications from Università degli Studi di Pavia in 1993 and then attended numerous training courses at both Seat Corporate University and Google in Amsterdam.

Before joining Bernoni Grant Thornton, Debora collaborated with many companies, including Itatel Sit, Athena 2000, and Matrix S.p.A as Team Leader and Web Program Manager.

Her areas of expertise include mainly the transformation of companies’ main business activities from industrial to digital ones. Her main following roles include:

Design of business processes
Review of internal management control tools and profitability of all projects
Industrialization of products to be offered
Participation in the implementation of key consulting projects for division clients, focusing on both business process analysis and process reorganization aimed at improving efficiency.
