Gigliola joined Bernoni Grant Thornton in 2022 as Head of Labour Law and currently holds the position of Associate Partner.

She graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 1992 and passed the Bar exam in 1993. She is registered with the Milan Bar Association.

With over 30 years of experience, Gigliola has developed significant expertise in assisting leading private companies, both in ordinary and extraordinary labour law consultancy and in handling disputes involving employees, managers, and executives.

Her consultancy covers all issues related to employment relationships, from their establishment to termination, as well as labour litigation involving both subordinate employment (dismissals, higher classifications, pay differences, transfers) and self-employment (fixed-term contracts, freelance contracts, and procurement contracts).
