Bernoni Grant Thornton may collect and use personal and contact data (such as name, surname, e-mail address) for the following purposes:
- Participation in surveys: subject to your specific consent, we may process your personal data for the purposes of registration and participation in surveys conducted by Bernoni Grant Thornton. The legal basis of this processing is the consent of the interested party given for the purpose of participation in the specific survey. Such personal data will be kept for a period of time suitable for carrying out the preliminary and consequent activities for the management of the survey or the analysis of the results obtained. If the data is no longer necessary, Bernoni Grant Thornton will take reasonable measures to delete such data securely or to make it anonymous, therefore permanently non-identifiable.
- Marketing: Subject to your specific consent, we may process your personal data for the purpose of sending commercial communications. The legal basis for this processing is the consent of the interested party, which can be revoked at any time. Personal data provided for marketing purposes will be retained for 24 months, after which it will be deleted.
The provision of your personal data is optional. However, failure to provide this information may result in the impossibility of participating in the surveys or receiving the aforementioned commercial communications.
The processing and storage of data will take place through IT media suitable to guarantee the security of the processing of personal data, in compliance with current regulatory requirements.
The data may also be brought to the attention of the managers whose work Bernoni Grant Thornton uses in the context of outsourcing relationships, as well as authorized and trained persons, pursuant to art. 29 of the Regulation, to the processing of personal data under the direct authority of the owner or manager for the purposes referred to in this information. The treatments are not subject to automated decision-making processes, including profiling.
Without prejudice to communications carried out in compliance with legal obligations (for example, supervisory and control authorities and any public entity entitled to request the data), the data will not be communicated or disseminated. Data processing will be carried out exclusively in a Member State of the European Union (EU) or in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA). Any transfers of data outside the European Union will take place in accordance with the conditions set out in the art. 44 et seq. of the Regulation.
