Deliberate market focus drives solid growth for Grant Thornton
Alberto joined Bernoni Grant Thornton in January 2023 as Chief Transformation Officer (CTO).
Before joining Bernoni Grant Thornton, Alberto was Strategic Business Development Manager at F2A, which is one of the main players in the Italian market of administration service outsourcing, where he worked as CEO and Strategy & Corporate Development Manager from 2016 to 2021. He was also the creator and CEO of F2D, the digital start-up of F2A group, which was incorporated with the aim of creating a totally digital platform for professionals and microenterprises for the marketing and provision of outsourced payroll and accounting services.
From 2007 to 2013, Alberto was Corporate Development & Control Manager and Head of BU Business Advisory Services of FIS-Antex Group, operating for more than 40 years in personnel administration services, and from 2002 to 2006 he was Organization & Control Manager at FIS Fiduciaria Generale SpA, an accounting and personnel administration outsourcing company within the EY network (from which it separated in 2002).
Alberto also spent 15 years as a lecturer, which he defined as a “stimulating and rewarding” experience for his career.
Education
Alberto received his degree in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Master’s degree in Management from SDA Bocconi.
